Our Commitment

Every product at Alto Moda is sourced exclusively from authorized international luxury partners. Each piece is curated, inspected, and handled with precision before reaching you. Our return policy is designed to provide a seamless, secure, and transparent experience.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns applicable on all items except Final Sale items.
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Returns must use the official Alto Moda return label.
  • All returns are subject to Quality Assurance approval.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags and seals intact.
  • Brand packaging must be returned in original condition.
  • No signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
  • Return must reach Gurgaon Headquarters within 7 days.
  • Incorrect or additional items may result in rejection.

Refund Options

1. Gift Voucher / Store Credit

  • Processed within 1 business day after approval.
  • Valid indefinitely for the same storefront.
  • Return shipping is complimentary.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Standard return shipping charges apply.

If Store Credit was used in the original purchase, the refund will be issued as Store Credit only.

Returns Due to Customer Preference

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or colour selected
  • Style does not meet personal expectations

Returns Due to Alto Moda's Error

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Alto Moda will bear all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or Store Credit.

Quality Review & Rejected Returns

All returns undergo inspection at our India headquarters. Non-compliant items will be classified as Rejected Returns. Customers will be notified and responsible for re-delivery costs.

Exchange Policy

Direct exchanges are not available. Please return your item and select Store Credit to place a new order.

Refused or Undelivered Orders

Refused or uncollected deliveries will be treated as preference-based returns and processed accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Allowed within 3 hours or before order confirmation.
  • 3% deduction for banking and transaction fees.
  • Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation by Alto Moda

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Force majeure circumstances.

Refund Timelines

  • Store Credit: Within 1 business day after approval.
  • Original Payment: Within 5–7 business days.

Return Process

  1. Go to My Account → My Orders.
  2. Select "Request a Return" and choose refund method.
  3. Our Concierge Team arranges pick-up with official label.
  4. Receive status updates via email.
