• 3% banking charges applicable on eligible refunds.
• Orders may be cancelled by Alto Moda due to availability or pricing errors.

11. Returns & Refunds

• Return request must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
• Original packaging and tags must remain intact.
• 3% deduction applicable on refunds.

12. Limitation of Liability

Alto Moda shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Website or products.

13. Indemnification
