At Alto Moda, every piece you order embarks on a journey of craftsmanship and care from our global luxury brand partners to your doorstep in India. We curate authentic designer pieces and deliver them with precision, refinement, and attention to detail.

1. Our Process

Each product is sourced directly from authorized luxury partners across Europe, the United States, and other fashion capitals. After you place an order, it is shipped to our Gurgaon headquarters for a comprehensive quality and authenticity check before being securely packaged and delivered to you.

2. Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or call. Brand partners typically require 1–3 business days to prepare your item. The product is then transported via our international network before reaching our Gurgaon headquarters and dispatched to your address.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • 5–10 Business Days
  • 12–18 Business Days
  • 18–25 Business Days

Timelines include international transit, customs clearance, and domestic delivery. Delays may occur due to customs or courier logistics.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You may also track your shipment under the "My Account" section or via the "Track Your Order" link in the website footer.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties and import taxes for deliveries within India are included in your final order value. For international deliveries, local taxes and duties may vary according to destination regulations.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure accurate shipping details at checkout. Couriers will make two delivery attempts. If undelivered, the parcel will return to our Gurgaon facility and re-dispatch may incur additional fees.

7. Unexpected Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, customs or logistical factors may occasionally cause delays. Our Customer Care team will proactively update you if necessary. Return shipping charges may apply for delay-based returns.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@altomoda.in or +91-XXXXXXXXXX. We will assist you promptly.

9. Definition of Business Days

Business Days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The day your order is assigned to a brand partner is considered Day 0.
